<h2 id='the_role'><strong>The Role</strong></h2>

<p>As our Senior Graphic Designer, you&#8217;ll lead design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with our team of creatives and clients to create compelling visual content that maintains brand consistency and drives results.</p>

<h3 id='what_you'll_do'><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Oversee design projects from conception to delivery</li>

<li>Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics</li>

<li>Maintain brand consistency throughout marketing projects</li>

<li>Work closely with Art Directors and assist them with duties as needed</li>

<li>Interface directly with clients, present your work and keep design team aligned around feedback and goals</li>

<li>Implement design concepts following Brand Guidelines</li>

<li>Provide specifications to print vendors and set up files for production</li>

<li>Create properly sized/formatted digital assets for web development</li>

<li>Stay current with industry developments and tools</li>
</ul>

<h3 id='what_you_bring'><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects)</li>

<li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles</li>

<li>Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>

<li>Proficiency designing for email platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp)</li>

<li>Attention to visual details and ability to meet deadlines</li>

<li>Experience collaborating with diverse teams</li>

<li>Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc)</li>
</ul>

<h3 id='requirements'><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>8-10 years of graphic design experience with demonstrated senior level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Graphic Design or related field</li>

<li>Extensive portfolio showcasing varied design projects across industries</li>

<li>Experience in print, logo, brand, digital, and web design</li>

<li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web platforms is a plus</li>

<li>Availability during business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST</li>
</ul>
