The Role
Weâre hiring our first dedicated Growth Marketer. Your focus will be demand generationâattracting, activating, and retaining members whoâd rather âJoymode itâ than buy. Youâll work directly with our founder/CEO and be the spark that reignites Joymodeâs next chapter. High impact, zero bureaucracy.
What Youâll Do
Because weâre still small and scrappy, youâll think big and ship fast: ⢠Member Acquisition: Devise and run creative, mostly-organic campaigns to add the next 10 000 paying members in Los Angeles and beyond. ⢠Experience-Driven Content: Produce emails, reels, TikToks, and blog posts that inspire people to host the movie-night, beach day, or backyard glamping trip of their dreams. ⢠Conversion & Retention: Own landing pages, referral loops, and lifecycle flows that turn curiosity into reservationsâand keep members coming back.
How Youâll Do It ⢠Test â Learn â Iterate: Prototype ideas in days, measure results in hours, double-down on what works. ⢠Hands-On Collaboration: Partner with ops, inventory, and product to make sure growth experiments match real-world supply. ⢠Customer-First Ethic: From pricing tweaks to UX copy, youâll ask, âDoes this make borrowing easier and better than buying?ââand act accordingly.
