BackEngine is looking for their next Sales Development Representative to boost their pipeline. You won’t just be dialing names on a list - you’ll be talking to execs at fast-growing companies and helping them solve one of their biggest challenges: staying close to their customers as they scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and target SaaS companies scaling fast (50–1,000 customers)
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) with smart cadences
- Write clear, personalized messages that get execs to respond
- Focus on quality over volume—do the research, reach the right people
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Track what works, test new approaches, and keep leveling up
- Help uncover churn risks and expansion signals to grow the pipeline

Salary Information:
- $50,000 - $85,000 (base + performance)
