<p>We&#8217;re seeking a Director of Product to drive execution and lead our Product and Design teams.</p>

<h2 id='what_you'll_do:'>What You&#8217;ll Do:</h2>

<ul>
<li>Drive product strategy, balancing growth initiatives with long-term business goals, reporting to the CEO</li>

<li>Increase shipping velocity and improve cross-departmental collaboration</li>

<li>Optimize product development processes for efficiency and quality</li>

<li>Evaluate and prioritize large-scale initiatives</li>

<li>Develop strategies to increase subscriber value through new features</li>

<li>Partner with Engineering to enhance product architecture and performance</li>

<li>Align product goals with business objectives to drive revenue growth</li>
</ul>

<h2 id='qualifications:'>Qualifications:</h2>

<ul>
<li>5+ years in product management</li>

<li>Proven track record of owning and shipping successful products, especially consumer mobile  subscription-based models</li>

<li>Experience increasing revenue through strategic feature additions</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills combined with product intuition</li>

<li>History of improving shipping velocity in fast-paced environments</li>

<li>Technical aptitude and ability to lead cross-functional teams</li>

<li>Strategic thinking with clear understanding of market dynamics</li>

<li>Background in privacy or communications is a plus</li>
</ul>

<li>Directly owning and shipping successful products</li>

<li>Leading high-performing product teams</li>

<li>Driving revenue growth within a product</li>

<li>Implementing strategies to increase user lifetime value</li>

<li>Possibly founding a startup or working with companies known for effective feature layering</li>
</ul>

<p>You excel at both high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You&#8217;re ready to roll up your sleeves, work alongside your team, and do what it takes to ship great products.</p>

<li>$180,000 - $240,000 / year</li>
