<p>This is a high-impact role that puts you at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and a small but mighty team to shape and lead go-to-market for our upcoming launch—while also supporting core marketing activities across our existing Zero product.</p>

<h3 id='💡_what_you’ll_do'>💡 <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>

<h3 id='🚀_new_app_launch_(ai-forward_health_product)'>🚀 <strong>New App Launch (AI-forward health product)</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Shape the go-to-market strategy for our new consumer app—from beta to full launch</li>

<li>Build and run the launch playbook: pre-launch waitlist, early access strategy, onboarding flow, app store presence, and post-launch iteration</li>

<li>Define the product’s positioning and craft storytelling that resonates with real users and sets the product apart in a crowded market.</li>

<li>Lead <strong>App Store Optimization (ASO)</strong> strategy and asset creation—including metadata, screenshots, A/B tests, and video</li>

<li>Activate and convert our existing Zero audience into early adopters and paid subscribers</li>
</ul>

<h3 id='📱_zero_app_&_general_marketing'><strong>📱 Zero App &amp; General Marketing</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Manage our social media channels and community engagement, keeping users inspired and engaged across platforms</li>

<li>Oversee ASO and our app store presence—collaborating on copy, creative, and updates that drive discovery</li>

<li>Track what’s working (and what’s not) using tools like Amplitude and Braze to improve performance across the full consumer funnel</li>

<li>Develop and lead a communications strategy that helps our Chief Medical Officer share insights through LinkedIn, podcasts, and public speaking.</li>

<li>Manage contractors and collaborators—like our Braze and social media partners—to keep projects moving smoothly</li>

<li>Work closely with design, product, and engineering to make sure our marketing and in-app experiences feel cohesive and user-centered</li>
</ul>

<hr><h3 id='👀_what_we’re_looking_for'>👀 <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>8-10 years of experience in <strong>consumer marketing;</strong>  Background in <strong>consumer mobile apps</strong>, especially those in the <strong>health &amp; wellness</strong> or <strong>subscription</strong> space, is a big plus.</li>

<li>A strong sense for what makes a product resonate emotionally and practically with users</li>

<li>Proven ability to <strong>craft positioning and messaging</strong> that translates features into real-life outcomes</li>

<li>Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning key pieces of launch strategy, messaging, and content</li>

<li>Familiarity with tools like Braze, Amplitude, and App Store Connect; you’ll need to be hands on with these</li>

<li>Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to move faster, create content, learn quickly, and operate with leverage</li>

<li>Thrive in fast-paced environments—able to wear multiple hats, work cross-functionally, and bring on the right people to scale what matters</li>

<li>Analytical and action-oriented, with a strong instinct for when to experiment, when to double down, and when to pivot</li>

<li>Bonus: Experience launching a product from 0→1 and guiding it through early traction and learning</li>
