**Job Summary**

We're seeking a **Junior Technical Project Manager** who will serve as the operational engine behind our product development and customer success enablement. As we scale, we need someone who ensures every customer benefits from our continuous innovation. You'll be the bridge between product development and customer value delivery, ensuring our CS team can confidently enable customers on new capabilities.  This role offers unique exposure to all aspects of a growing B2B SaaS business with a clear path to senior product roles.

**What We Need**

You’ll own three critical areas that keep our product development and customer success engines running smoothly:

- **Keep Development Moving** - Own sprint tracking and releases, maintain project documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify blockers early, and manage QA processes to ensure smooth product delivery.
- **Enable Customer Success** - Configure new features for customer accounts, create training materials and demo videos, track feature adoption, coordinate rollouts with the CS team, and build implementation playbooks that ensure every customer benefits from our innovations.
- **Connect Teams & Data** - Train sales and CS teams on new capabilities, lead weekly product updates, maintain our internal knowledge base, serve as the technical bridge for non-engineering teams, and use analytics to prioritize improvements based on customer impact.

**Who You Are**

- 1-3 years of experience in technical project management, product operations, or implementation roles, B2B SaaS experience a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with comfort in software configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent skills in creating documentation and training materials
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.)
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset to track and report on adoption metrics, SQL or basic data analysis skills a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
