<p>Our newest service provides hands-on recruiting support to help companies find exceptional talent. We partner with businesses to understand their needs, craft compelling job descriptions, attract qualified candidates, conduct video interviews, and present top matches.</p>

<h2 id='the_role'>The Role</h2>

<p>As a Recruiter at allUP, you&#8217;ll be the bridge between growing companies and their next great hire. You&#8217;ll own the end-to-end recruiting process while building strong relationships with our clients.</p>

<p>Your day-to-day will include:</p>

<ul>
<li>Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions</li>

<li>Managing the full recruiting lifecycle - from attracting candidates to presenting final selections</li>

<li>Building relationships with hiring managers to become their trusted talent advisor</li>

<li>Screening and evaluating candidates, particularly for tech and startup roles</li>

<li>Providing consultative guidance to help companies optimize their hiring process</li>
</ul>

<h2 id='what_you'll_bring'>What You&#8217;ll Bring</h2>

<li>Experience in both recruiting and client relationship management</li>

<li>Strong understanding of tech/startup hiring needs and culture</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills - you&#8217;ll be crafting job descriptions and representing our brand</li>

<li>Ability to evaluate talent and provide thoughtful candidate assessments</li>

<li>Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently</li>

<li>Experience with modern workplace tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack)</li>

<p>This is a fully remote position, but you should be able to meaningfully overlap with west coast hours (4+ hours / day).</p>
